What I loved about this wedding was how the bride and groom wrote their own vows and read them to each other at their wedding. It was PERFECT!
Vows are such an important part of the wedding and traditional vows are great, but wow, there is something about customized and personalized vows. It is extremely meaningful and a very intimate time that shows a very deep love between two people. When it is your own words that you write to show your commitment to your spouse, it creates a higher level of accountability to challenge each other and to always stay true to your promise. You are entering into a covenant that is not to be taken lightly. Writing vows are not easy. It takes time, effort, and a genuine response to what is in your heart that you want to share with your spouse.
